Eat Together

Adobo

There are lots of variations of Chicken/Pork Adobo. Families have debated for years who's got the best version of it. But to me, it simply takes me back to my childhood being at grandma's house, smelling the very distinct aroma of garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar, that right away I know Adobo is what's for dinner. This is what Filipino food is to me. The best memories of my family together.

Lumpia

I remember when I would help my mother roll Lumpia for my family and friends. Lumpia is often filled with pork and vegetables with a crisp outside crunch. Dipping Lumpia in sweet and sour or sweet and spicy sauce is something that I will always eat! If you are new to Filipino foods, I highly recommend trying this for your first dish!

Pancit

Filipinos celebrate all emotions with food. It's how we show love to friends and family. There's always food to be shared in a Filipino home. One thing you will always find in a Filipino home when there is a special occasion is Pancit. We believe it to be a tradition to serve it to wish the celebrant "long life" because of the noodles. Filipino people can be quite superstitious.

Delivery & Takeout

Ting Santos

Owner/Operator

My dream was to open a small bistro and pay homage to my Mom & Dad and my grandma. They made me the woman I am today. These are their recipes and what I grew up eating. My family was royalty in my country, made up of the strongest and talented people I am honored to be chosen to be a part of. Forever grateful for their love. Someday, I plan to have Ting’s bistro in multiple locations.
